4) Available: As a Teacher be available to your students not only during your Academic duration even beyond that if a student need your guidance, this will help you to blend a solid relationship with your students which paves a way for bright career for both of you.
5) Open Minded: I have heard it from my mentor that today's generation will be par excellent than us during our age when they grow up, hence there is no doubt that some our students may be much intellectual than us as we were, listen to them carefully and encourage his words that will instill lots of confidence in him. An Inspiring good teacher should be an aspiring Good Learner, but keep in mind "When you are Learning Learn Like a ZERO, But When You are Teaching Teach Like HERO".
6) Caring: Be caring for your student over all growth, help them to solve his problem which he will encounter during his journey in life and make sure he will be made capable enough to face his challenges and solve it by them self.
7) Supreme positive Attitude: Your altitude of growth in your Career is directly proportional to your Attitude you have in you, instill enough supreme Positive Attitude so that the World looks Positive for you in all the phases.
8) Believe: Belief is the best asset and the key element to succeed in all our pursuit of life, belief in the work you do, belief in god, above all Belief in Yourself is more important to leave a lasting impression on your student.
9) Honest: "Honesty is Best Policy" which we hear it very often, which we need to imbibe in our self, if you are a person who has a vision to build great career in this field of teaching, Success can come instantly when you follow a path which is not filled with justice, but it cannot stay for a longer time with you. When you follow Honesty, and be sincere in your work might be you taste a success bit late it will be forever with as long as you stick to the Principle of Honesty, So be Honest with Yourself.
10) PASSION: Pursuit of all these need a tremendous mind set, mastering this might seems to be difficult but it seems to be cake walk when you are passionate towards this Noble pursuit. Remember "WHEN YOU HAVE PASSION, YOU WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN.
