THE WORLD INSPIRATIONAL DAY # WID!!

Dear friends, by now all of us are aware of  celebrating the ever first World Inspiration Day on 23rd April 2013. First time when i heard about this the happiness in me was over whelming, because ultimately we got an occasion to celebrate the unseen power THE INSPIRATION that propels the universe.  We were tuned to celebrate many events which spreads happiness among us such as Valentine's day, Friendship day, Mother's day, and many such memorable events. WORLD INSPIRATION DAY (WID) is one more occasion which has blown the air of inspiration across the globe. In this article i have shared in what way i contributed to this holy and magnificent day of the world. It is believed that when we do good things in the beginning of the new year we keep doing it for the whole year, hence all of us do something different and good that can keep us happy. With same intention on this occasion of WID, i made an effort to stay inspired for the whole day, which can get repeated throughout the year.

My day started almost at 5.15 am by reading a motivational book by Robin Sharma (Mega Living) till 6.30 am, Then helping my mother in preparing Breakfast, and cleaning home till 7.55am, Then followed by a workout in the gym till 10.15 am. After all this warm up session as usual I went to one Orphanage in Navrang, in Bangalore, Karnataka along with Prathiba JI and Deepthi JI, students from UVCE, Bangalore. There we interacted with Kids from the age from 4 years to 6 years and taught them about Basics of Hygiene, importance of cultivating the habit of playing sports, cultivating the habit of dreaming big, being fearless, how to use electricity efficiently, and few Pancha Thantra stories. At the last we distributed few chocolates to children and then we were about leave from there, as it is known life gives you back what we have given. As a Synonym for this the children in turn gifted us the chocolates and gave us a lovely sendoff.

After the camp, i just spend some quality time with my elder sister till evening 6 pm after a long gap of around 6 months.

Then followed by a meals donation program in city market me and my sister (Supriya J H, a very Passionate lady) from Bangalore donated meals for the needy people. After this went shopping with my sister and Nephew to a mall  and returned to home.

All this just happened like that, just because of the intention of staying Inspired, and passing on the Inspiration which can only by Work. With this i need to thank Team IU for bringing such an initiative and special thanks to Bharath G C Ji my mentor for supporting  me to be a part of such brilliant initiatives.

A New theme in IUY2C Campaigning!!

Dear friends, many of you would have seen my post regarding representing an International Initiative IUY2C an Campaigning for educating children in government schools. It had become habit for me to get into some government school and handle sessions when ever i am free. Having inspired around 2,000 students from 12 different schools in 4 districts of Karnataka in a matter of 7 days with a brilliant team of 4 leaders (Mr Uthkarsh B T,  from Bangalore, Ms Swetha P, and Ms Akshara Karur from Bellary). As we know that anything that becomes an habit can never be stopped irrespective of the work whether it is bad or good. But if the work is good enough all you need to do is to explore the habit in a new dimensions. This is what exactly happened yesterday (1st April 2013) evening.

The Specialty on April 1st is that we do many things to make our friend fool just to have the fun. Even it was the routine of mine as many of you have done it. This April 1st, i.e. yesterday it was one of the new trend we started where we had thought every time we used to go Government schools why not we visit any orphanage or any place where children will be there. That is when i got an idea to visit this place called BOSCO MANE, which is a house for more than 100 destitute children. Where after the college hours in the evening by 6.15 PM  i went and handled the session till 7.50 PM

These were the following contents shared with the children:
  1. Importance of going for schools.
  2. Importance of participating extra curricular activities.
  3. Importance of going for higher education.
  4. Support your friends and never pull their leg.
  5. Be confident and Face the fear of execution if the work is good enough and impact society in a good manner.
  6. Gave awareness about treating all the streams of courses equally important.
The response of the kids were overwhelming, and they assured that they will grow as Quality Human Resource for the society.Over all it was an busy Schedule from Morning 5 AM to Night 10.30 PM on the 1st of April 2013. I don't i was not able to make anyone fool yesterday, but i am sure i have made more than 50 Phools (Hindi Translation of FLOWER) which was worth enough to live.

I cannot complete this blog without conveying my thanks to Mr Sujit Lalwani JI, Bharath G C JI, Mr Mohan B N JI and the whole team of Inspiration Unlimited for passing on the Unlimited Inspiration..
