The Catalyst!!

Hi all, it's been a quite long time that I came here. With loads of other works as priority couldn't give much time for blogging my thoughts. Repeated follow-up at the subconscious level have persuaded me to jot down my thoughts from the Cafe noir restaurant at the UB City towers at Namma (Our)Bengaluru which is my home town.
All of us have dreams and invest loads of effort and time in making them a reality. As my thoughts pondered over this routine of majority of us, I was able to observe a difference in the dynamics involved in making the dream a reality among us.. going deeper on these thoughts was able to understand why amongst the most ppl who dreams only a fraction of them achieve and very few will achieve them with relatively ease. The factor that is missed in most of them is dat the confidence in d pursuit of dreams. When I look back and learn from the achievers their journey uncovers one very common thing, i.e. their confidence in the pursuit before they could see the results. It's said dat dreamers see their dreams turn in to reality twice once in their mind which is a matter of confidence and through their eyes once the dream materialises.

So being confident about your pursuit will attract the unseen energy to push you further and faster towards materialising your dreams. Next time whenever you dream be confident and then you see d level of dynamics in d game of pursuit. Good luck with pursuit.!!

Enjoy your weekend too d fullest, shinning off Yours lovely Shylesh Siddalingappa from UB City Towers Bengaluru, India.

The most recommended investment!!!!!!

Dear friends, all of us care for investing as we start earning. Majority of the investments we usually plan will be materialistic such as buying a car, house and other luxury amenities. Majority of these investments loses its value over the time expect the investment we do it upon the house. Of course these investments does adds values to our life among our friends circle and in fact gives our dependents a comfortable life. Along with all the above mentioned investments we do need to know that there is a need for investing on certain things which will yield the long term benefits.

The investment i am speaking is about the investment we need to do for our self development. Self development is the most important investment which is the most often neglected investment by many of us. Famous authors who has written best selling books on self development have collectively opined that "If we need to double our income, triple the investment on your self development". Having known the importance, once we decide to invest on your self development, the question is to what are the different options available.

Addressing the above question, to start with the best, simple, and economical way of investing is to invest on buying  a self development books which gives us a basic essence and inspiration to gear up with our self development training. If we could google out the best books list as per our need we should be able to locate them easily. Lets commit ourselves to read atleast one book per month in the area which you are interested to emerge as a champion.

The next set of investment is to go for the workshops or seminars that will enhance our skills and wisdom in the area of our interest. This events not only gives us a wisdom about our topic of interest but also helps us build the network of the like minded people.

The final set of the self development investment is to set aside certain amount of money out of our earning every month and go for a trip to connect ourselves with the nature which allows us to dig deeper and connect ourselves with the nature, widens your perception and deepens your purpose towards the life and your society.

Ten years or for that matter if you want to try this out for just an year. Imagine the number of new things that we would have learnt by reading the books, imagine the kind of quality people that would have got added for our contact circle, overall in a nutshell, we need to go for that plane where we would have done all these and imagine the impact of these investments that would have been created upon you. With all these i leave you all for now by wishing you a great life ahead:-)

WORK, thats the Only Solution!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my dear pals, here is my next blog that focuses on answering all the problems that we encounter in the life with just a one universal solution which is a four-letter word, i.e. WORK.
We all have come across many great personalities who started their life journey with nothing but went on to become the greatest philanthropists and made an eternal impact by their service to the humanity. We could find good number of examples of such good personalities locally and internationally. When we consider their life journey, we find that, when consistent hard work is coupled with a right attitude of overseeing the problems in life is what we find in common that transformed them from an Ordinary people to an Extra-Ordinary people. We are sure of facing huge challenges in life either now or in the future. The problems could be personal or professional or family related. The key person who is responsible to work out the solution lies within ourselves.

Irrespective of the type of the problem we face, the starting point towards designing the solution is to start acting on our dreams and start working on idea which we feel excited to work on. When we start doing what we love the most our thoughts will get aligned to a plane of happiness once our thoughts are in that plane, our mind will be calm and flexible and tends to stretch behind your limits. That is when we start thinking behind the possibilities and start creating the solution what seemed to be impossible and live a dynamic life.

On a concluding note, I would love to quote this quotation which I keeping hear from my mentor Mr Sujit Lalwani Sir who is an international Inspirational Speaker and a business coach (www.sujitlalwani.com), Thanks for your valuable time, with the limited life i have seen and experienced i was able to put down my thoughts from my experiences till date, will be excited to know your inputs. All the very best guys!!!

The Power of 21 days Ritual!!

I believe many of us who read the title would have felt the above phrase reverberating in our ears which we would have heard quite a long back. Yes of course, this is one of the self-improvement tool that focuses on mastering the ability to cultivate a healthy habit to improve ourselves which was originally proposed by Or I heard it while I was watching the motivational speeches of Mr Robin Sharma.
This concept helps in mastering our ability to inculcate any good habits which we are passionate about as a daily ritual on a regular basis in the long run. The habits could range from getting up early in the morning at a specific time, going for walk, gym, playing sports, practicing music, thanks giving, sending morning wishes to the friends, journaling, helping in household work, the list goes on. Any of these activities when done on regular basis will have a profound effect on your personal and professional life.

Even after reading that concept, I was not focused enough to implement due to my busy schedule of working in multiple jobs. The saying goes, “When Student is ready the Teacher Arrives”, so I did encounter a situation where I felt the need to master one of the skills that would benefit my professional life. At that instance, I remembered this idea (this is one of the benefit if we are a good reader, the ideas pop out of our brain at the right time). So, it all started on 23rd of September 2016. As every new habit offers the resistance in the beginning, I did encounter initial resistance in the beginning but after few days I just started to getting comfortable with the practice of the new ritual. After a consistent practice of the habit, i was able to recognize a sort of change, which will drove me further till the 21st day.  When I look back today, the task that was challenging and strange is now a quite easy comparatively and familiar. Totally three different set of habits that I started have become a daily ritual of my life. Wishing you all a good luck in pursuit of such rituals as per your interest.

Art and Style of Delivering Lectures!!!!!!!

Hi Friends, this blog is purely dedicated to some of my students who has recently started their academic journey and for all those who are in the same phase. The contents outlined below are the learning I have amassed during my 6+2 years (locally and globally) journey in this wonderful profession since 2008. Having delivered lectures for more than 12,000.00 students from various background right from schooling, Pre-University level, Undergraduates from engineering and non-engineering background and to an international students from both English speaking and non-English speaking countries, I feel to share my wisdom in delivering sound lectures which commands respect for you and students will adored you. Make sure you read the blog full, because neither the trailer nor the beginning or the conclusion of the blog will give you an overall pictures, it is the whole blog tailored step by step will show you the actual picture. The fact that you’re here, through the link on my fb wall, clearly shows that you are passionate about making your academic career vibrant. Here are the 7 tips that you could implement and make your lectures simple and awesome.

1.   Start Great: Remember a great start is all that catches the senses of your students. A great start is a result of great preparation, I meant the preparing the content you need to deliver. Once you have this ready, all you need is to plan the great start. A great start  could include a having a broad smile on your face, a commanding  body language, give an energetic introduction about the topics you will be dealing with, try connecting them with a previous class lectures and introduce the outcome at this instant, this will make them focus on being attentive.

2.  Use Visual Aids:  Remember well begin is half done but also you need to focus on remaining 50 % to make it complete. The following details will help you in establishing that 50% in your lectures. Using the technology in an optimum way is the key in this aspect. If your lectures involve modules which are more of pictorial form your work will be a cake walk, if not you need to search some forms where you can bring in some visual aids in your lecture presentation. It could be some funny pictures that resembles the theoretical concept, or any shapes and symbols that explains better than just those words. The prime reason behind this logic is to make you aware that, we remember what we see well than what we hear.

3.  Voice: Adding on to the visual aids you use to deliver lectures, your voice dictates much of your lecturing. If your voice is of low pitch, or high pitch throughout both spoils your lecture. Having a modulated pitch of voice is all I am sharing with you at this instant. Lectures delivered at a same pitch throughout the lecture will make the lecture monotonous thus making your lectures uninteresting. So you need to learn the art of modulating your voice. One simple tip to master this is to use your common sense to understand the points where you need to stress more and where you can stress less.

4.  Introduce Humor: None of us likes a monotonous environment, so it is quite natural that your students will get bored no matter how much you are good at delivering the lectures. It is also psychologically proven that, any human mind cannot focus one thing at a stretch for more than 15-20 mins. So in order to keep the students engaged in your lectures create a environment of humor for 1 or 2 mins, this will refresh their mind and keeps them happy and make them love your lectures. Creating a humor out of that particular situation will create a happiest environment   than having one prepared. Being a spontaneous is the key to bring out such humors.

5.  Power Packed conclusion: Remember whether it could be your students or any class or audience they might not remember what you say, but surely they remember how you deliver the lectures. As you started with energy so as the conclusion needs to be. Summarise the whole class, and asking for clarifications, giving a brief insight is the set of things you need deliver as a conclusion.

6.  LAW (Looks, Action, and Words):  I shall guarantee that your lectures will be much more attractive and impactful if you implement all the steps opined above. Adding on those tips, as a catalyst I would love to share this particular tip with you, remember, Students are just like a clients, friends, or audience you can never demand anything from them but your attire, your way of behaving and your words will surely help you command what you want from them. Nervousness is one that holds you back from feeling free to deliver lectures, so I have a wonderful tip to suggest you which I have always experimented and experienced to kill the nervousness during delivering the lectures, i.e. the best way is to Start delivering your lectures by keeping yourself in motion appropriately, because always remember, “Nobody can Hit a Moving Target”.  So on a concluding note, People will look at you before listening to you, hence SYNCHRONIZING your Looks, Actions, and Words plays a major role in delivering lectures.

7.    Practice: If you cannot win by talent you can always win by your hard work. If you are with a purpose of creating difference to the society, you need not to worry about your talent that you have in delivering lectures as of now. You can always master any talent if you lack, provided if you have felt the real need. Your patience to read this blog till the end clearly shows how determined you are. Practice your lectures couple of times before you deliver in front of the mirror. Remember, world never cares how you practice all they see is how you perform. Practice is the key, harder you practice, better will be your performance. Commitment to excellence is the essence to keep your practice going continuously.

Always be open minded to learn from your teachers, friends who are willing to share their experience to empower you so that you could get on track at the faster pace without wasting much of your time in experimenting the same old mistakes what others have done. I always believe in this Quotation: “A Smarter is one who learns from his mistake and Smartest is one who learns from other’s mistake” Wish you a glorious journey!!!

A powerful Quote that fueled my passion to create a genuine difference to my students’ fraternity is:
A Bad Teacher Complains,
A Average Teacher Explains,
A Good Teacher Teaches,
A Great Teacher Inspires!!!

The First Day, First Class let it be the MASS HIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

This blog is purely dedicated to my fellow teachers around the world who will be witnessing the massive fresh energy in the students as they begin their academic journey (In most of the cities in the subcontinent India). It is our responsibility as a teacher to direct this fresh enthusiasm in the right direction. A channelized fresh energy (is like water with a high kinetic energy) can generate power.  Amidst of all the regular formalities that we will introduce to the students during the beginning of this academic year, like syllabus, attendance, internal marks, code of conduct, etc ,etc.. I would urge you to share the stuffs that will pull (the globally recognized as an efficient way of production concept used in Japan’s Toyota Motors) the students attention towards you. After all anyone can listen to us if we could tell them something differently that they would have never expected. The best way I have recognize, tested, implemented and mastered to command the respect from the students is to show that we can overshoot their expectations. I personally never used to tell anything related to their academics rather the stuffs I used to share a story with them that will open their eyes towards their responsibility as a good student, good children and above all a good citizen. This way encouragement not only bonds them to their responsibility but also makes them to trust you as a reliable person and follow you as a genuine teacher. As many of belong to the same generation as our students do, would we like to listen the same syllabus, marks outline from a teacher in a class room when it is available at their fingertips.  So think on the lines what our students actually need and give them. We could start with realizing their potential as youth for the nation, promote them to take part in sports (I am personally passionate to see more number of medals for our country in Olympics than ever before) and co-curricular activities during their free time, promote them to involve in social causes which is the best way I found to master the skills which helps them cracking the interview and the list can go on and on as broad as our vision for them.
On a concluding note, I would like to share one real effect that I got updated a while ago before I compile this blog. Two of my students (Ravi and Sagar) from 2012-2016 batch who basically hails from the remote part of my state Karnataka, came approaching me when they were in their 3rd year of engineering studies to seek guidance that can build their communication and leadership skills, I directed them to a platform that can give them what they are in need. Very soon they ventured into their own NGO, represented our institution in an Agricultural based Technological Exhibition held at Rashtrapati Bhavan (The Presidential House of Indian President), New Delhi, India. As I write this blog I got a thank you message after they successfully completed the visa interview with USA embassy, very soon they will be representing INDIA in global leadership forum WORLD MERIT 360, which selects and nurtures 360 youths around the globe to support the top 10 sustainable goals of UNO. Isn’t it crazy, 21 year kids talking something that we all would have never even thought of doing it so. Let me be very clear, I have done nothing in this aspect all I did is to give them little extra time to share my view about their career in class which pulled them to come to my cabin and seek that guidance. By this, If you could feel the impact, I wish you all the very best to impact your student fraternity. Watch out this space for my next blog related to the lecturing delivery skills, good luck J

Walking and Writing are the best ways to Burst out our Stress!!!!!!!!!!!

In these so called modern days, we are engaged in different activities right from the time we get up in the morning to till we go for bed. Each of these activities comes with its own complexities. We have been taking care to start our day with fresh energy, but as the day proceeds we will go crazy because of the complexities or challenges involved in our day to day tasks. By the end of the day we not only lose our energy but also the enthusiasm of working, there will be a drastic rise of stress upon our mind and body. Of course there are many remedies that come handy which could be healthy and unhealthy, when i said unhealthy many of us could empathize with the variety of stuffs. Equally acknowledgeable are the huge set of healthy stuffs also, it could be going for recreational and sports clubs, art and music classes and the list goes on. I wonder how many of us do all of these (by the way healthy way of bursting out the stress) regularly, i mean we get stressed regularly which everyone accepts it but when we question how many of us try to release it by engaging in healthy activities that too on a regular basis, you could imagine the number, i.e. not much. The prime reason is that we get resisted by our mind to involve it appears to more stressful due to multiple reasons. Hence through this blog I would like to suggest the two best ways which i find it as it can be performed easily with lesser time in a place available in and around where we are located. One is to go out for a walk connecting ourselves with the nature, doing self-talks, injecting positive affirmations and more over analyzing our day and think what we could have been done better so as to enhance the value towards our work. The one more idea is to write, writing is the best way to express it may not be necessarily a blog but even we could scribble something on our mind on a scribbling pad. We could scribble our daily thoughts, action plans, dreams which we plan to achieve, vision for our life, our next shopping plans, travel destinations, we could writing a situation which could end in being a short film story, a series of short articles which could be compiled as a book, what not the list goes on and on. By the by these two ideas does not demands any monetary investment unlike clubs and societies but it all asks us for our time, which we are responsible to make it available for our own goodness. If I would have not decided to write this blog I would have been to bed by this time but I chose to write some of my professional theories which expanded my knowledge base and just now I am going to complete this blog about the above subject, at this time almost as a day starts in India, Nightlife begins in USA and midnight in Ireland where i stay. With this I hope i have busted out my stress by blogging about the same now, which had got accumulated over last two days. Irrespective of the time zone we are in when we read this blog as symbol of fresh start of our stressless  day, i wish all of us a magnificent day ahead, Good Morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Heart of Encouraging!!

Human beings are designed to grow by encouragement. We grow physically because we encourage our organs to grow by feeding them with sufficient nutrition.  Every individual carves for Encouragement. Encouragement leads us to be better performers and better contributors to the society around us. The need for encouragement is everywhere may it be among family members, or it may be among the colleagues in work environment or may it be from our teachers during our education. If we look around there are millions of people who goes to sleep without food, worse than this condition is that billions of people go to bed every day without encouragement.

On a specific note, i would like to highlight the need for teachers developing the attitude of encouragement towards their students.  As teachers we come across many type of students, some of them are good at academics and some others are good at non-academics. Some teachers tend to encourage only students who are good at studies while neglecting the other students. Of course as a student their prime responsibility is their studies. But as a teacher when we start encouraging what is good in students the remaining aspects eventually turns to become good. Hence it is highly important as we are the architects of modern leaders of the world lets encourage all the good things in students and show them a way to develop the best in them and eventually developing the rest (Qualities of good Human being) in them. With my personal I believe, what we encourage gets the courage and courage creates what one needs to have. On concluding note:

"Show Courage to Encourage"

To Be Countable is to Be Accountable!!

Dear friends, many of us carve to get recognition among our contact circle and also desire to be globally famous, but only few of us make it happen. When i did studied such people's stories who have gained enough recognition around us and also around the globe, the important factor that captured my attention is that those who are recognized or respected (COUNTABLE) were and are ACCOUNTABLE. Accountability in a simple sense is being responsible for the work that we need to do. Accountability earns us not only recognition but also helps earning respected recognition. Accountability breeds harmony and happiest life around us.

If we look up to our parents, among millions of reasons to respect them their accountability in building a bright future for us is one of the reasons. In turn as children we are countable only when we are accountable for fulfilling our dreams as well as our parent’s expectation. As an employee we are countable among our colleagues only when we are accountable to meet the set targets for us. As an employer we are countable when we are accountable to cater our clients as well as our employee’s genuine expectations. As a spouse we will earn respect only when we are accountable to take care of our life partner wellbeing. When we look into the examples of great leaders they become what they are because they showed accountability in their work.

Hence rather than desiring to be recognized let’s start being accountable in what we are today, rest is assured as the time passes on. Because,

Respect is meant to be commanded not demanded!!

Problems and Solutions are the two faces of a Coin!!

Hi friends, coming directly to the topic, let me ask you a simple question, How many of  us have felt that why all the problems comes only to me? Hope at one or the other point in our life we have felt this or shared this feeling it with our friends or have said it to our self. I am here to give a simple logical solution for the above question, which will be experienced commonly by all of us.

Lets go back to our school or college days, let us relate the problems we face in life to the problems we encounter in Mathematics (of course maths it self is a big problem for many of us, jokes apart). Willingly or un-willingly, knowingly or un-knowingly we start working towards the solution for all the problems we come across eventually which leads to some solutions irrespective of whether it is right or wrong. If it is right we continue to tackle the next (level) one or else we fine tune our process of solving and will retry till with a different approach till we arrive at exact solutions. We even tend learn from some worked examples and arrive at the solution at any cost. The same concept of solving mathematical problems needs to be adopted in life as well. When ever we come across problems in life make sure we are marching forward rather staying strucked where we are. let us learn from others how they have over come the problem in their life and adopt it to suit our need. Keep trying till we get the solution is the only solution what we have to solve all the problems in our life.

The sign of growth in life is the Number of problems we face in the life. Welcome the problems, tackle it with good approach, when we arrive at the solution we will derive the meaning to our life. Never ever think of passing over the problems just like that, because a simple problem un attended today might grow into a complex problem again which takes more time to get solved.

Remember one thing, that problems and solutions are just like two faces of a coin we get both when we opt for one, it is our responsibility to look into the other side without missing. On concluding not i would like add these "Difficult roles in cinemas are given only for the skilled actors/actress, hence god brings us problems in a cinema called Life to shape us and make us a best individual.

PROBLEMS @ LIFE: JUST GO 4 IT!!

Its Better to Start than keep Saying its too Late to Start!!

Hi dear folks, i am back again after more than a year of gap in blogging. There could be many reasons for being out of the blogging habit mean while there are many reasons for this come back as well. Two such reasons could be one the power of inspiration from the people whom i surround and other one is to live a purpose that i got from my friends Inspiration. Hence goes the title of this blog.

We always tend to get struck with our past situations rather plan and go ahead in life. Whats stops us in planning to go ahead  is the notion that we all carry it is too late to begin now. This attitude of saying its too late is not a natural one, rather we have got it tailored to our self by surrounding with such type of people. All we need to do is to come out of this problem is to first change our environment which changes our thinking and then commit that we will start doing things that we wish to do no matter at what age we could be, because towards the journey of achievement  what matters more is our performance only that takes us to our destiny. It is neither our age nor the time we begin that decides our destiny it is truly our courage that shapes our destiny. Take the example of our two well known legendary cine artists Dr Rajkumar and Rajnikanth from Indian film Industry they both started their acting career when they were 27 or 28 years of age. They believed themselves and kept performing to reach where they are today. So lets believe in us and the universal energy that gives what ever we wish and start doing what we need to do than saying we are too late to begin. God bless us all!!

THE WORLD INSPIRATIONAL DAY # WID!!

Dear friends, by now all of us are aware of  celebrating the ever first World Inspiration Day on 23rd April 2013. First time when i heard about this the happiness in me was over whelming, because ultimately we got an occasion to celebrate the unseen power THE INSPIRATION that propels the universe.  We were tuned to celebrate many events which spreads happiness among us such as Valentine's day, Friendship day, Mother's day, and many such memorable events. WORLD INSPIRATION DAY (WID) is one more occasion which has blown the air of inspiration across the globe. In this article i have shared in what way i contributed to this holy and magnificent day of the world. It is believed that when we do good things in the beginning of the new year we keep doing it for the whole year, hence all of us do something different and good that can keep us happy. With same intention on this occasion of WID, i made an effort to stay inspired for the whole day, which can get repeated throughout the year.

My day started almost at 5.15 am by reading a motivational book by Robin Sharma (Mega Living) till 6.30 am, Then helping my mother in preparing Breakfast, and cleaning home till 7.55am, Then followed by a workout in the gym till 10.15 am. After all this warm up session as usual I went to one Orphanage in Navrang, in Bangalore, Karnataka along with Prathiba JI and Deepthi JI, students from UVCE, Bangalore. There we interacted with Kids from the age from 4 years to 6 years and taught them about Basics of Hygiene, importance of cultivating the habit of playing sports, cultivating the habit of dreaming big, being fearless, how to use electricity efficiently, and few Pancha Thantra stories. At the last we distributed few chocolates to children and then we were about leave from there, as it is known life gives you back what we have given. As a Synonym for this the children in turn gifted us the chocolates and gave us a lovely sendoff.

After the camp, i just spend some quality time with my elder sister till evening 6 pm after a long gap of around 6 months.

Then followed by a meals donation program in city market me and my sister (Supriya J H, a very Passionate lady) from Bangalore donated meals for the needy people. After this went shopping with my sister and Nephew to a mall  and returned to home.

All this just happened like that, just because of the intention of staying Inspired, and passing on the Inspiration which can only by Work. With this i need to thank Team IU for bringing such an initiative and special thanks to Bharath G C Ji my mentor for supporting  me to be a part of such brilliant initiatives.

A New theme in IUY2C Campaigning!!

Dear friends, many of you would have seen my post regarding representing an International Initiative IUY2C an Campaigning for educating children in government schools. It had become habit for me to get into some government school and handle sessions when ever i am free. Having inspired around 2,000 students from 12 different schools in 4 districts of Karnataka in a matter of 7 days with a brilliant team of 4 leaders (Mr Uthkarsh B T,  from Bangalore, Ms Swetha P, and Ms Akshara Karur from Bellary). As we know that anything that becomes an habit can never be stopped irrespective of the work whether it is bad or good. But if the work is good enough all you need to do is to explore the habit in a new dimensions. This is what exactly happened yesterday (1st April 2013) evening.

The Specialty on April 1st is that we do many things to make our friend fool just to have the fun. Even it was the routine of mine as many of you have done it. This April 1st, i.e. yesterday it was one of the new trend we started where we had thought every time we used to go Government schools why not we visit any orphanage or any place where children will be there. That is when i got an idea to visit this place called BOSCO MANE, which is a house for more than 100 destitute children. Where after the college hours in the evening by 6.15 PM  i went and handled the session till 7.50 PM

These were the following contents shared with the children:
  1. Importance of going for schools.
  2. Importance of participating extra curricular activities.
  3. Importance of going for higher education.
  4. Support your friends and never pull their leg.
  5. Be confident and Face the fear of execution if the work is good enough and impact society in a good manner.
  6. Gave awareness about treating all the streams of courses equally important.
The response of the kids were overwhelming, and they assured that they will grow as Quality Human Resource for the society.Over all it was an busy Schedule from Morning 5 AM to Night 10.30 PM on the 1st of April 2013. I don't i was not able to make anyone fool yesterday, but i am sure i have made more than 50 Phools (Hindi Translation of FLOWER) which was worth enough to live.

I cannot complete this blog without conveying my thanks to Mr Sujit Lalwani JI, Bharath G C JI, Mr Mohan B N JI and the whole team of Inspiration Unlimited for passing on the Unlimited Inspiration..

Forget, Remember, Plan and Execute!!!

Forget, Remember, Plan and Execute!!!

Every one of us will come across many situations in the life those who know how to face them face it and win over it, some of them will learn how to face them and other similar situations when they come face to face. Life is just a Simple Journey to a marvellous destiny. All we need is to equip ourself with common life lessons. Through this blog i have made an effort to share the learning which got today morning by the self realization. The Learning is very simple it is juat a set of 4 words which will add meaning to our life.

FORGET: Everyone of us will come across many bad situations in our life, for which few us will brood and others will take it as a lesson and proceed. When we come across such situations what ever happens we cant control but what we can control is the way how we respond to that. So the better way to come out of any bad situation is to just FORGET all the unproductive situations and just move forward.

REMEMBER: As i have mentioned in the above point its Important to forget all unpleasent experinces but it is equally important to REMEMBER the LESSONS we have learnt from it, so that we can overcome other similar situations in our life easily.

PLAN:  After completing the above two steps, the next step is to plan for the next set of task. Untill we plan we cannot proceed further. Let our planning include all aspects of our life without compromising on anything. Remember a well plan is half done...

EXECUTE: Continuing with above point (... denotes after planning Execution should follow). Remember, a well plan is half done but we need to remember one more thing that the other half is still remaining. Every great plan if it is not followed by execution will never remain as a great plan but a simple plan well Executed will be a great plan because our plan has proven outcome.

Hope this four words will add colorful flavors to this four letter word LIFE and makes it  meaningful.

Resaons creates the limited boundary for our performance.

Many a times when we feel that we have not done the work up to our ability we feel like justifying ourself by giving reasons so that we can get satisfied for ourself. But when we give reasons instead of thinking the ideas for getting the task done we are limiting our potential to that extent itself. Hope we have come across with enough number of examples like a child giving a reason to his teacher about not completing the given home work, or not performing up to the mark, a wife giving a justification for her husband about the incomplete work and viceversa, or the reason an employee gives to their employers or vice versa, or a government justifying for the incomplete work and what not. In all these cases we have given enough set of reasons for not completing the work. Some times even we come up with a genuine resaonswhich also has a reason in it. So when i thought about the causes and effect for giving reasons i found preety important things which need to be focussed upon.

First thing i would like to convey the effects that happens when we come up with a reason. When we come up with a reason again may it be genuine or no genuine we will be closing the door for further ideas which we may get, next thing that happens is that when we find that resaon we have given is accepted we will stick our potential to that particular ability itself, and we forget that it woud have been raised for the next level which is not all a problem when we refocus again.

The causes for giving resons may be many but i can sum it up in four letters i.e.FEAR, sounds familiar right, that is the only area upon which we should be foccused to remove the attitude of giving reasons. So lets have an attitude of  looking in to the world which is beyond the fear. If we can take out the fear all that matters is just an action to complete the task. Rejoice if you win or Relearn if you fail but dont give up by comming up with a reason.

Last Punch: When we forget the word REASON all we have is a SEASON  of ACCOMPLISHMENT, lets Experience it at one shot because life is only once!!!

ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY TO GAIN RECOGNITION!!!

Dear friends when we read the above title we feel that it is quite familiar thing which we have heard it by many people many times, but we forget to think that to how much extent we have succeeded in implementing the things which we see or hear. Here is my effort to bring in a sought of reinforcement about this self-elevating tip which I learnt in a conversation with my mentor Bharath G C ji.
Majority of us see, people who are carving for recognition but then again keep waiting to gain recognition these are the normal set of people who neither gains the recognition nor think the other productive solution for gaining the recognition. The other set of people are those who can get the things done instead of waiting for things to happen these set of people know a fact that work is the only thing which can get anything and everything we need. Hence these set of people keep on focusing on completing the work, as we do that we start gaining the trust among our friends, relatives, and colleagues. Continuous building of trust is a result of keeping up to the promise we make every time. This continuous building of trust creates our self as a brand for what we are, which in turn gets us the recognition, respect, love and what else we need. This is an attitude which need to be instilled in us which does not asks which sought of work we are into and for all the rolls that we play in our daily life.
Hence it is better to focus on the work at the best then leave the rest to the supreme power of this universe, hope this blog will really help all of us in elevating our life and help others to elevate in whatever the work we are into.

Leverage your TIME, hence Leverage your SUCCESS!!!!

When we ask any one who all needs success everyone will raise their hands, but for the same set of people if
you ask how many of them are putting their efforts day in and day out amazingly you will see only few hands which will be raised. This attitude keeps growing, day after day and hence when we turn back towards our life we find that lots our time would have gone wasted, even though we know the truth that 24 hours is much more than enough to do what ever we need. Lets try to eliminate this reason so that we can avoid the most famous statement "I would have done many things if sometime is available".

On a serious note, if we think all the successful people have got 24 hours and the mediocre people have also got 24 hour, everyday what matters for each of them is how they have spent those 24 hours. If you cover any successful people story one of the common element you find is about their productive usage of their time. Hence it is very much important to manage our time than letting it go un-used. Spending our time is a common sense attitude because we know that what we do becomes our destiny. Hence it is wise to use the available time properly so that we are destined for the destiny we deserve!!!

Here i would like to share few tips about managing our time to the best, which i learnt from my Mentors:

Well before you begin make sure of  various fields on which you need to focus this can include your personal life, friends, Professional growth, recreational activities and anything that can add beauty to your life.

1) Make sure of the time you go to bed, and wake up, then once you know that the remaining time is all yours.
2) Write a daily to do list (List of work which you have to do in a day), and make sure you will keep a check on it. Then Prioritize the work according to your need (It is art which you master by experience).
3) Focus on the loopholes because of which most of your time which doesn't yield any productive result. Some of the loopholes are keep gossiping about others, sometimes being on chat for a prolonged time, getting involved for a longer time than the required time in the work you do without focusing on the time, Improper scheduling, and most importantly "doing right things at the wrong time and doing wrong things in the right time.
4) Always keep your focus on the end goal than on the process, then you doesn't feel like pressurized for the work you do.
5) Listen to music when you are on the work if required to get back rhythm in your work.
6) Don't forget to spend the quality timing with your dear ones.

For your day to be better, you need to be better, so spend some quality time for the physical workout preferably in the morning and cultivate or master the habit of reading quality book (for which you can pull out your time in many ways like while travelling, waiting in traffic block) that keeps you inspired through out the day. Hence through this when we master the art of utilizing the time efficiently we can LEVERAGE SUCCESS, Because success all about what we do. We know that successful people believe in this "TIME IS MONEY", Hence when you Leverage YOUR TIME, you Leverage your success!!!

Thank YOU,
Happy Reading!!!!

FOR YOUR PRODUTIVE WEEK DAYS, MAKE SURE YOU SPEND YOUR WEEKEND PRODUCTIVELY!!!

All of us know this very worthy truth, that every single second we spend decides our destiny. Hence it is very important that we do should keep check on our every single day activity. The days will sum up to become weeks, which sums up to become months and again months sums up to year, which sums up to the entire life we spend.
All of us will be busy in our week day schedules and will be carving for a happy weekend. Hence we engage our self in various recreational activities which may include going for some outing with your dear ones, spending some qualitative time with yourself by doing self- introspection, reading good quality books or attending any events which can inspire you to the core(one of my best choice) and many more, so that it can put our life on right track. But make sure of one thing that whatever we do, we should extract growth out of it.

Here are the few ideas which I will share it with all of you to add on to the week’s productivity for all of us.
1)  As I mentioned earlier make sure of one thing that you should keep our growth as the ultimate outcome.
2)  Take a time for the self-evaluation of your previous week activities which can be a real guide when you learn from past.
3)  Prepare a list of activities that needs to be accomplished in that particular week. Make sure you consider all the prime areas of your life may it be personal or professional.
4)  After listing out all the activities to be accomplished in a week, daily commit yourself to prepare a daily to do list through which we can set the targets on a daily basis according to our priority. Make sure that list contains a habit of reading books that keeps you inspired.
5)   Before you begin, if you find it essential please never mind in consulting the experienced people in the field in which you are just stepping in. By this we have an advantage of learning from others mistake rather than by our own experience of repeating the same mistake.
6)   LET IT GO, this is what you need to tell it yourself when things doesn’t turn around the way we need. But never forget to learn from that.
7)   Make sure of one thing you need to keep in check with the activities you do daily, inculcate necessary corrections required if any.
8)   One important thing which you need to do is to celebrate your weekend and weekdays for having done what you were supposed to do. This should be done at any cost because CELEBRATING for the things what we have done keeps the things repeated every now and then.

Hope this can help all of us in making our weekdays and weekend productive, hence our life will become productive forever and help us the destiny we d

RE-BOOT YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) VERY OFTEN!!!

Dear friends, many of us know that, if there is any trouble in the performance of  our system (PC or LAPTOP) due to its prolong usage, or some unavoidable applications mal functioning. We do re-boot the OS, so that the system will perform efficiently. Speaking on the same lines when we compare our activities with system functioning, we do the things by the signal received by the brain which comes in the form of our thoughts. Every one do agree with this that our thoughts are the cause for every single action we do. When we need our actions to be profound and result oriented, we should keep the focus on our thoughts.

Every one of us have healthy thoughts when everything is fine, but sometimes we are bound to work under pressure in this busy life schedule. So it is obvious that we do get disturbed by our focus, sometimes even we feel like leaving everything because of the pressure which rules our mind. This again results in actions which are not directed towards the specific goals. Hence in this jumbling life, life is prone to get effected in its performance. At this particular point I would like to convey all my friends, one thing that as the computer system requires re-booting, same thing is required for our mind as well.

The only difference between these two kinds of re-booting, lies in the type of re- booting software used. For computers we use a CD which contains essential software. But whereas in case of Human beings the re-booting software comes in the form of certain good habits like Meditation, Reading books which re-energizes us, spending some valuable time with our dear ones, or engaging yourself in the activities which can refresh your thoughts, and above all of these spending some time with your mentors discussing the action plans will definitely put you on the right track. These sources act as a RED BULL for our brain and hence produce quality thoughts which results in action which gets us required result. This whole concept of re-booting should happen every now and then because to direct our thoughts which get deviated very often.

Hope, this concept has been a sought of re-booting for all our OS. Happy to receive your comments, feedback, anything which keeps re-booting my writing skills!!!

Thank YOU!!!

Life Lessons from the Basic Mathematical Operations:

Dear friends,  i am here to share few of my thoughts, which are very simple and enjoyable. Hope you enjoy this content!!
Everyone of us are very well verged about the basic operations of mathematics, this is an effort by my side to share the Learnings which i learnt from these operations.

Add all the good qualities which you will get across in your life, so that your life gets a quality meaning. Subtract all the qualities which we don't want others to show it for you, so that you can eliminate the virus infection for your  program called as life. Multiply your talents, good qualities, relationship circle, Knowledge base, Dreams, Visions and all good qualities so that they get increased exponentially and put you on the FAST TRACK than keeping you on PAST TRACK, if you need to multiply one bad quality just multiply your EGO with "0" let it get nullified. Divide your angry, frustrations, fear of failure and negative feelings so that you can get on to the launch pad of your success without any resistance.

THANK YOU, HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND  AHEAD!!!
