THE LOVE of OUR PARENTS:

Hi folks, all of us very fortunate to live the life of what we are today, let’s thank the Almighty for blessing us with this wonderful creature on the earth as HUMAN BEINGS.  No matter what is the quality of the life we are leading, whether it might be a comfortable one enjoying all sought of luxuries or a simple life, or even a life in which we need to fight for every single meal. The next set of people whom we need to thank with deep respect is for our Parents, with whom we would have never existed with this beautiful life.

These are the set of people who protect us and give us all sought of Love and education to make us survive and grow up from a just drop of semen to what we are today.  Let me tell you one thing, everyone would have experienced a sought of pain in one or the other way, but the sought of pain and sacrifice what every parents does undergo is un-imaginable during every stage when they are bringing up us.

Many of us right now might have of taught, all these facts are known to every one, but the real thing which I want to convey is with all such effort when they bring us up, after we grow up many of us attempt to under estimate them, as they grow old we tend to ignore them, dis respect their words, few of them even dislike them, don’t know how it happens.

All I request to every one of you, is let’s be grateful for our parents and thank them to the core for what all they have done for us to make us what we are today. Whatever we do for keeping them happy falls short in front of them.  Let’s commit our self to come out of our comfort zone, and work really hard to fulfill their dreams and make them feel proud for giving us this wonderful opportunity to born as an Human Beings. Lastly I have a quote just now got in to my mind:

ofcouse who can forget to thank these people (Our Beloved TEACHERS and MENTORS) who are similar to our parents, Hopefully apart from the time we spend in sleeping, we spend more time with these set of great people than our parents, who stood as guide post and guided us to what we are today. 

WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR MOTHER and MOTHER LAND PROUD, YOU HAVE LIVED YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!!!

Hello dear friends this is story all about a child who had a very big dream but unfortunately due to his family financial situation he will blamed and discouraged by his school teacher but with his commitment he will turn it in to reality as he had planned by his dedication and hard work. All thanks to my Mentors Er Sujit Lalwani ji and Bharath G C ji for this Wonderful message "The Easiest way for Success is Hard Work". I have a friend named Monty Roberts who owns a horse ranch in San Ysidro. He has let me use his house to put on fund-raising events to raise money for youth at risk programs.

The last time I was there he introduced me by saying, “I want to tell you why I let Jack use my horse. It all goes back to a story about a young man who was the son of an itinerant horse trainer who would go from stable to stable, race track to race track, farm to farm and ranch to ranch, training horses. As a result, the boy’s high school career was continually interrupted. When he was a senior, he was asked to write a paper about what he wanted to be and do when he grew up.

“That night he wrote a seven-page paper describing his goal of someday owning a horse ranch. He wrote about his dream in great detail and he even drew a diagram of a 200-acre ranch, showing the location of all the buildings, the stables and the track. Then he drew a detailed floor plan for a 4,000-square-foot house that would sit on a 200-acre dream ranch.

“He put a great deal of his heart into the project and the next day he handed it in to his teacher. Two days later he received his paper back. On the front page was a large red F with a note that read, `See me after class.’

“The boy with the dream went to see the teacher after class and asked, `Why did I receive an F?’

“The teacher said, `This is an unrealistic dream for a young boy like you. You have no money. You come from an itinerant family. You have no resources. Owning a horse ranch requires a lot of money. You have to buy the land. You have to pay for the original breeding stock and later you’ll have to pay large stud fees. There’s no way you could ever do it.’ Then the teacher added, `If you will rewrite this paper with a more realistic goal, I will reconsider your grade.’

“The boy went home and thought about it long and hard. He asked his father what he should do. His father said, `Look, son, you have to make up your own mind on this. However, I think it is a very important decision for you.’ “Finally, after sitting with it for a week, the boy turned in the same paper, making no changes at all.

He stated, “You can keep the F and I’ll keep my dream.”

Monty then turned to the assembled group and said, “I tell you this story because you are sitting in my 4,000-square-foot house in the middle of my 200-acre horse ranch. I still have that school paper framed over the fireplace.” He added, “The best part of the story is that two summers ago that same schoolteacher brought 30 kids to camp out on my ranch for a week.” When the teacher was leaving, he said, “Look, Monty, I can tell you this now. When I was your teacher, I was something of a dream stealer. During those years I stole a lot of kids’ dreams. Fortunately you had enough gumption not to give up on yours.”

The Best way to give your Best Performance, is to START PERFORMING

Hello dear friends,  after a long gap, i am here to share one of my learning with you all with a real time experience of mine. we would have been seen someone doing this or sometimes we have done it ourself, when we plan to do some thing new, many of us will wait  for some precise time and get every thing arranged, and then go for trial show b4 the Real show in the name of practicing so that we can perform best, i sincerely appreciate all of them who follow this methodology and taste the sweetest results in their pursuit. But  without hurting any one's way of learning and execution, i am all exited to share this experience of mine, which really made me to learn, reinforce, and promise you to keep reinforcing all the time. As many of you know i am working in education institution as a lecturer i was allotted a Software assisted subject related to Engineering drawing which was first time in my career, so all i knew is not even the basics of that subject and a challenge i put on myself that I WILL DO IT, i started preparing with the ample amount of time available b4 the semester starts, but unfortunately i met with an Accident due to which i was put on bed for 15 days. Then all i wanted to do is to teach directly with the ample amount of preparation i could make, so that i will start the teaching without any reasons. With the Support of my Colleagues, our Head of the Dept, the Inspiration of our Beloved mentors OYW ambassador Er Sujit Lalwani ji, and his junior version Bharath G C ji and with the positive approach and sincere efforts to give my best for my students at the Receiver end,  i could able to teach completely with a over all rating of around 94% from the students. Hope fully when every thing fall in place i have no doubt in cracking 100% result in this subject (you need 2 wait atleast next 2 months for the results).  Let me tell you once again my dear friends, Rather than thinking that i am teaching to some one, the way of teaching was a sought of learning for myself may be that Learning  Attitude in me made me to Start Performing first, which brought me the Best performance out of me. Promise you all  That this is not even a Beginning!!! let me quote this which i read in one of the Robin Sharma's Book b4 i end this blog  "Remember WHO YOU are, she said.
